College & Career Ministry

Our college and career ministry is defined to help those that have reached the age of nineteen (or have graduated from high school) to transition from youth to functioning as mature and resourceful adults. This group at NLF is learning how to balance the demands of life while continuing to make a difference in their spheres of influence.

Sunday Morning – Sunday School – In classes focused on their unique needs, these young adults become more skilled at using the Word of God and are exposed to challenging insights to stretch them and help them find comfort in their individual areas of ministry.

Monday Night – Youth Small Group – Every Monday night the NLF young adults are challenged to develop three C’s in their lives:   Commitment, Competence, and Character.  The Youth Pastor and his staff recognize that developing these attributes will help prepare them for the challenges they will face.
